I have been interested in books and stories ever since I was young. I loved reading all the fantasy books that took me to another world and helped distract me from whatever I was going through. Recently, Ive been getting into writing myself, making my own stories. I have been talking to my english teacher, Ms Ruiz, and have been asking advice from her, my family, and my friends. I have started a new project that Ive called 'Sheol's Tragedy." Its a book about a young girl who finds an abandoned town after searching for her missing mother and is forced to kill the demonic residents there to leave. Its both a fantasy and psychological horror, and Ive added themes such as cannabilism, mental instability, morality, religious values, and more. My book has a lot of references to the Hebrew bible and the Bible itself. For example, the town Sheol is named after Hebrew hell, and the antagonist, Molech, is named after a demon who had people worship him as a God instead, and was deemed a demonic person. I plan to start writing it now, and I hope to finish writing it before I finish highschool.
