Helen really struggled with getting the attention she really deserved when she was just in school. Her teachers would put her in a lower class even if she had the grades to go into a higher one,.She would be only moved up if a class became to easy or the teacher really saw that she was really good in that lesson.Helen also suffered a lot of racism and discrimination she was from puerto rico but she kept moving back in forth from there to new york even tho she lived there the hate she got from her classmates still happen. She had both of her parents but both were only spanish speaking and even though helen was fluent in english she still got bullied.

I don't  Kwo why this was so interesting but yeah
