Job Description- Will hire an agent who is looking to work flexible hours and with a good pay all at once. The company has been selected to be shown on big websites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin. Korb Real Estate will teach you the benefits of becoming the best real estate agent that you can be with their training classes and your work. The weekends are available and hours include Monday-Friday, along with providing equal employment to everyone with no excuses for anything.
Responsibilities- Live tour requests, availability at all times, representing sellers and or buyers, able to perform property evaluations, a compensation plan, organized, no clean and junk fees, and continued team leader/broker support,
Requirements- Complete your required pre license education, Pass your state real estate license examination, Pass a background check & complete biometrics, Complete 135 hours of prelicensing education

I want to work here because this is what I want to pursue in my future, it will be beneficial to me in many ways. The most important aspect is the pay, and with the flexible hours, I won’t have to worry about burning out. Another reason is because I technically work for myself just with other people. With the equal employment, I am assured that everyone’s pay will be almost the same depending on what they are working on, including the bonus pays if seen as a hard worker.
