I love to drink gatorade when I am at a tournament, otherwise I do not drink it so much. I feel like other than drinking water it is good to give you some sugar or electrolytes during the game. My favorite flavor is either greenish yellow or lime, dark blue, and the white one. I have a gatorade bottle and I love to use it, but one of the problems is that it doesn’t keep my water cold and it “sweats“ a ton. However, I love to use it because of the tide pods, but recently they have been getting more expensive probably due to them being so popular. Although I haven’t seen many people use it recently. Usually at tournaments I see people use hydro flasks or stanley’s. I think one time I saw someone use an Owala or something bottle though.
