If you are an athlete always remember this. if you have ever wondered how to get over a cramp or prevent on this is for you. bananas are really good for this. im guessing its because of the potassium. im pretty sure a packet of mustard provides the same amount pf nutrients needed to prevent a cramp. im honestly not sure comepletely. this is why its always improtant to have a banana on hand or a packet of mustard. its better to be prepared than to not be prepared at all. although the mustard tastes bad its fast acting. and at the end of the dya if it works it works. it is better than nothing. i really do hope you take this advice or you remember this in a tirme of need. it will definetly help when desperate. another thing that bananas can do is substitute breakfast. you cnasubstitute your usual breakfast to 2 bananas. it will give you enough nutrients for the rest of the day. i hope this also helps you if youre ever in a rush.
