as someone who cannot find the motivation to study i have tried to learn some tips and tricks about how to get the ball rolling in that direction. i have never found a solid method to get me to study fully effectively. most ways bore me and i never retain any of the information given to me . The first step is to try to understand why you're having trouble studying. Are you feeling overwhelmed, unmotivated, or distracted. Break your study material into smaller, more manageable chunks. This can make studying feel less daunting and help you focus on one task at a time.  Set realistic and achievable study goals for yourself. Break down your study sessions into specific tasks and set a timeframe for completing each one.
