A young woman, Jane Bernhard, who just graduated from the Columbia Business School. She posted an article on CNN saying that she will not give up her life to work. In the article, she talks about how when she was working, her job would take up all of her time to spend with her family, explaining how she had to miss family events. Not only was her previous jobs taking up her family time, but she says she also had to miss classes for school. When she attended the Columbia Business School, she changed her direction and started to look for jobs with less hours so she can live her life a little more. Yet, she couldn't find any and found jobs that were asking more from her and consisting of more work hours. She saw that none of the jobs worked out for her, so she decided to start her own business, also doing side-hustles like a podcast and creating a book.
