Derrick Rose is underrated because some people just think about all the well-known players but Derrick Rose is one of the greatest point guards that is underrated. First of all, he has gotten MVP once and now he plays for Detroit Pistons. And ever since he got injured on his right elbow people say his career is over I think it's now and if he proves that it's not he will probably be overrated and get another  MVP award. That's why he is underrated.
