Medical workers... what were people's last words that haunt you?

This is based on a Reddit compilation, so these are their life experiences...

#1: " I was visiting my grandpa and had to leave town to go back to medical school. I told my grandpa I loved him and I would see him later. He told me he loved me too, and I wouldn't. He was right, a week later he died to pneumonia."

That one was sad but the grandpa knew it would've happened. But I don't know if those were his last words, but still, that was the last thing he heard from him.

#2: " We went to Mexico to celebrate my grandma's birthday. Once we told our goodbyes we were coming another week to visit again. She said the next time we'll see her she would be six feet under. She was right."

This one was a comment from the first experience. It's the same thing but this gave me the chills.

#3: "I'm an intern at a home for patients with Alzheimer and have only been there for a few weeks. The first patient to pass during my internship said who am I, and for some reason, it saddens me deeply and I can't seem to let it go."

This one was the last words or maybe not but it has a little haunting because they can't let go of that moment.

I hope you enjoyed. I might continue more Reddit posts with life experiences.
