Idiom: Bad gut feeling, time for some!

#1: " My mom and I were at the market. Me on my headphones her on her grocery list. I saw something or yelling from one direction and I'd completely lost my mom. She was in the opposite direction from the yelling. I had a feeling I had to get out of there fast. We left and my mom was confused and mad that she didn't buy anything. In the evening there was news on the exact market had a guy on drugs killing mostly children and mothers. Many people died and I and my mom could've been those people. I was 9 years old, my mom now listens to my instincts."

Found this on a Reddit post and what a lucky/skilled individual. 

#2: "I pulled up to a gas station and see a girl willingly get into a car with two middle-aged men. It made me very uncomfortable so I memorized the license plate. Later, I went back to the place and saw a brand new missing person poster with her picture. I called the police with the information I tracked. They tracked the car and she was reunited with her parents in less than 24 hours."

Chills! I was going to say chilies, but no. I might search this up later if it's real.
