(5 tbsp.) melted butter

egg whites

strawberry syrup
1 tsp.
pure vanilla extract

chocolate syrup
FOR THE GANACHE
3/4 c.
heavy cream
1 1/2 c.
chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat cake mix, water, butter, and eggs. Pour â…“ mixture batter into prepared bundt pan.
- Divide remaining mixture in half. Stir food coloring and strawberry extract into one half and pour over white batter in pan.
- Stir vanilla and chocolate sauce into remaining half and pour over strawberry batter.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted middle of cake comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Let cool in pan 15 minutes before inverting onto wire rack to cool completely.
- Meanwhile, make ganache: In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring cream to a simmer. Turn off heat, then pour over chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let sit 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
- Pour ganache over cooled cake before serving.
