People are being stopped by the police from going to beaches and hikes

The people who are involved are the police and citizens

This happened over the the weekend

It happened in Los Angeles in California of the United States of america 

What is happening is that the government dosen't want people outside so they are using the police to stop them. Also people want to hang out together but it may spread the coronavirus so police have to give them warnings.The police also have to stay at beaches so they can tell people to go home and stay there. But the people are getting angry because of this.

I think its good that the government tells people to stay at home because they don't want people getting the coronavirus
