The coronavirus: what scientists have learned so far.

The coronavirus: What scientists have learned so far.

This virus was originated in Wuhan, China. There had been more than 900,000 people worldwide, with a least 200,000 cases in the United States. The scientists say that the coronavirus is named for the spikes that protrude form their surfaces. The cornavirus can affect both, animals and people, it can cause illnesses of the respiratory tract. The children seem likely to be infected with the new cornavirus, the middle age and older are disproportionately infected. Men are more likely to die form the inefected with the virus. Scientisits say that bats are considered  a possible source, they have evolved to coexist with many virus, they where found  to be the starting point for SARS. The scientisits have not found a cure for this virus, we always have to where masks for this virus, so that we can not get infected. The symptoms of this infection include fever, cough and difficulty breathing or shortness of breath. There is a diagnostic test than can determine if you are infected. A cornavirus vaccine is still months away and perhaps years. The best thing you can do to avoid getting infected is to wash your hands frequently ,to avoid touching your and face, and maintain a distance, at least six feet from anyone who is coughing or sneezing. Scientists have worked hard to find a cure for this virus. I hope they find something soon, to cure people and save life's.
