Summer is coming upon us and heat waves are frying us up but since there's a pandemic happening we can't go anywhere but there's some people going out to beaches in LA, this problem has the health department and public officals notifying people to not go to beaches and to stay home. Barbara Ferrer, director of the Los Angeles county department of health said beaches must be closed in order to protect people to not get infected by COVID-19, she also stated that LA already has high rates of illness and they dont want it to get much worse.
