Canada world airways flight 174 crash landed in Gimely an abandon airport, but this is what really happened CWA flight 174 was being filled up with Jet fuel by the ground crew, the mistake they made was using pounds not kilo's, when the plane was on its way to Edmonton an alarm went off in the cockpit signifying that one of the fuel pumps was failing, the pilots pushed the cross-fuel (I think that's what its called I don't know) soon after engine one failed then again later engine two failed but before the engines both failed they asked to land at Winepeg, but later the engines failed then they started to lose altitude, the pilot decides its the right time to open the RAT (Ram Air Turbine) which is a turbine that brings back power, then the pilot does a maneuver that isn't seen on airliners, this didn't allow them to land at Winepeg, they end up landing on an airstrip located in an abandoned airport called Gimily, then they proceed to put the gear down, but then the front gear gets stuck or locked when they land they hit the ground super hard that ends up starting a fire in the cockpit and the both pilots tried to put it out ,then oxygen becomes unhealthy to inhale, then they left the aircraft. All 60 passengers were safe and one of the pilot stayed to put out the fire. Canada World Airways flight 174 Boeing 767. This was a deadly mid air no fuel incident. Fun Fact: All pilots that did this on a simulator crashed.
