Volleyball is and will always be my favorite sport.  I have been playing the sport for about six years now and I love it.  My mom wanted me to try it out because my oldest brother played in high school for all four years.  At first I didn’t think I would like it but now I play for the high school I love.  I loved it so much that I had stopped cheering because it would cut my volleyball practice short.  I especially look up to my brother Michael because he has also coached me during middle school.  He practices with me, coaches me, and tries to go watch as many games of mine as he can.  He’ll also push me to my limits and make me try new things to help me get better.  Even in high school I always ask him if I did good in a game because it helps me know what I have to work on.  At first I was scared that high school volleyball would be so much different than middle school, and I wouldn’t even make a team.  Now that I am playing in high school, I love it so much more than before.  School season is making me so much more excited for club season because it will be my first time playing volleyball all year round.  I don’t know what to expect but I do know that it will help me get better and that I will have a lot of fun.  I play volleyball all the time.  When I’m mad I play, when I’m sad I play, when I’m happy I play.  I think volleyball will forever be my favorite sport even if I don’t continue playing, which will never happen.  Even when I am not playing, just watching a game makes me happy.
