The phrase Beauty is Pain is a hundred percent true. For example I have to wake up two and a half hours before I leave the house just to do my hair. Or some other girls get their eyebrows waxed and even getting your nails done can hurt. Of course we don’t have to do these things but if we don’t, we don’t look presentable. Even when we show up to places looking unpresentable, girls have a thought in the back of their head wondering what other people are thinking about them. When I do my hair, it starts with blowing drying it, then I have to straighten it. After my hair, then I start my makeup routine. Even if it doesn’t look like I have a lot of makeup on, it still takes about twenty minutes to do it. A lot of people think we do it for others and hate on women for doing so, but if we don’t do it we will still get hate on because we didn’t try at all. Sometimes I do like getting my hair done and getting ready for school, but not because I have to, but because I want to. If I absolutely have to get ready for something that I usually don’t have to, I will be in a mood. Yet it’s a different story when I want to get ready because I do it for my enjoyment. There’s keven times at home where I’m not doing anything so I’ll start to do my hair and experiment with my makeup. It can make me feel confident, happy, and will keep me busy from being bored all day in my room. Even if beauty is pain, I love doing it and it can help women in so many ways , one of them is being confident.
Yes! Beauty is pain! I agree with this 100%!
