On June 19th of 2023, our school took us to Universal Studios for Grad Night. It was almost a living hell, but a fun one. We had to check in with our assigned teacher every hour, one of them being in person and the other being photos. I was panicking that we wouldnt be able to check in on time, so I set a whopping 25 ALARMS. Yes I’m that anxious. Anyway, we went on the Tour first so we could get it over with. I had fun, screamed a lot for some reason. Speaking of screaming, even on the not scary rides, I would scream. I guess being around my idiot friends made my senses heighten. Like Transformers, all of my friends were screaming at the top of our lungs, RIP to the couple that sat with us. I’m sorry whoever you guys were.(My friend recorded us on the ride, I still watch it to this day. Hilarious.) I also got the most amazing and delicious burger ever from The Simpson land. By the time we went downstairs, I had finished all of it, fries included. We also got stuck on the Harry Potter ride RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DEMENTORS. NIGHTMARE FUEL. I almost cried. But I didn’t because crying is for losers.(I’m joking, it’s okay to cry guys.) We also got our locker stuck, so we took 30 MINUTES to get it out. After that, we met up back at the Simpson land to find our other friends. I got beat up by one of them because we got stuck at Harry Potter land and they tried texting us while our p were in the locker. After that, we went on the Mummy ride with some of my classmates. THE LINE TOOK A WHOLE HOUR TO GET THROUGH. Never going again. But it was fun, so I guess it was sort of worth it. We met up with ANOTHER friend(so many friends I know.) and headed to the new Mario land. I bought a Daisy powerup band and a dancing piranha plant for my brother. We got on the Mario Kart ride and I honestly enjoyed it. It was pretty nice. We also got on the Minion ride but it was boring so yeah. I tried to buy stuff from the shop, but my SCHOOL WOULDNT LET ME SINCE THEY WANTED TO LEAVE ALREADY. I’m still salty. But overall, I had fun, and it’s definitely a cherishable memory.(Except for staining my sweater with period blood. Not fun at all.)
