Volleyball is my favorite sport. This is gonna be my seventh year playing and I look forward to it. There are many good and happy moments while playing volleyball but, there are also bad moments. Bad moments are when it can be your off day or when you’re underperforming. This feels terrible. The only way to get out of your head though is to do it yourself. You teammates can help you but the only real way to get through it is by doing it yourself.
