From what i studied about fashion and how it all started was the fashion modern industry based around firms or fashion houses run by individual desginers, started in the 19th century with Charles Fredwick Worth who, beggining in 1858, was the first designer to have his label sewn into the garments he created. Fashion started when people started wearing clothes.
