I got 2 hamsters 3 years ago for my birthday. They were named Alvin and Theodore. One was calm and fat the other was skinny and hyper. The hyper on alvin one day attacked theodore and bit his butt off. We had to separate them and whenever they were together they would fight. Alvin died first then a few months later  Theodore died.
