To begin with, a boy named Tony was having the worst summer. He would ask his dad "why have money if you cant spend it". His dad responded all the things he did trying to get the money from delivering newspapers. What Tony wanted to spend him money was on a motor scooter, but his parents told him he was too young to have one which made Tony upset. Secondly Tony sat on the porch. In a week his parents said he would go to his grandma house for 21 days at the Connecticut shore. Tony used to love going there because he was very exited to learn how to swim or sit at the beach all day until he got older, Tony didn't know any kids there and he didn't enjoy being alone or doing stuff alone. When he was at Connecticut his parents and him would usually go camping with his family members. He would only have two weeks if he goes with his grandma. Meanwhile he told his parents he is heading to his friend Jamal's house. When he was at his friends house he saw his friends older brother, Rick, working on the red motor bike. Tony told him his parents said he cant have it. As Tony walked away his friend ran after him. Then when he reached him he asked what will he do with his money? He responded "I don't know." Afterwords he went to a shop and saw the most amazing thing ever, he saw a sail boat with blue in the out side and white in the inside. Tony saw the price it was 295 and Tony has 300$! He ran home telling him mom and dad what he saw and begged her if he can get it and his mom went to the store to see it. When his mom and his dad saw it they gave each other a look. His mother said its like a polystyrene cup with a sail , then Tony said ma its a sail boat so can I get it. She said she has a friend who sails. Once they returned home they had a few calls to see if they agree or help Tony learn to sail once they agreed to let Tony sail he had a few conditions,Tony said ill agree with anything. The first one was to have sailing lessons, and the last condition was to always, ALWAYS wear a life jacket.Then Tony agreed. When they left to see the mother friend they found her pumping gas. Then the friend said ready to learn how to sail. Tony responded with yea! Tony as his father lifted the snark from the car. Then Tony started to feel dizzy when she said enough talk time to do it. She told Tony to go forward next to the dagger board. She gave the boat a big push and jumped back in. Once they where on the water Tony's heart was beating fast.She told Tony to pull on the sheet, Tony pulled. Then she said Steer between the islands Tony said like this she respond yea. Then Tony pulled the tiller hard the snark veered sharply strait for Foskett Island. Then the lady shouted Bring her about! Nervous from his last mistake Tony pushed the tiller. Then the Lady shouted THE OTHER WAY! The shark swung sharply heeling hard. The next second boat was capsized. As Tony lost breath he began to sink because he kept moving. The lady said relax let your life jacket carry you. Tony stopped moving and he floated back up. The lady said the water was only 4 feet deep. Tony let his legs down then his feet touched the ground. He thought it was funny how he was being dramatic.
