Once upon a time there was a little girl named Jamie. Jamie always didn't get what she wanted. One her parents buys her stuff she would never accept it. One day she told her mother that she wants a dog. On her birthday they got her a puppy instead of a dog "mom I told you i want a dog not a puppy" said Jamie " but sweetie a puppy can grow to be a dog and you can teach it tricks until it becomes a dog" replied the mother. Jamie was furious. On the day that was thanksgiving Jamie was still mad at her mom that she got a puppy. Jamie's whole family came for Thanksgiving while Jamie was in her room then all a sudden a fairy flew to her room through the open window. "Wow who are you" said Jamie. "I am the Thanksgiving fairy and i am here to tell you that you should be thankful that you have a puppy" said the Thanksgiving fairy . "Why she didnt get me what i wanted" replied Jamie. "Here take my hand and let me show you" said The fairy. When Jamie took her hand they flew through a portal and then Jamie saw her self but in the streets wearing ripped clothes around a fire. "Wow is that me" said Jamie "Yes it is you but through a different universe so in this universe you a poor and have no where to live but the ally"Said the fairy. "Wow i look sad" said Jamie, " You are sad because you have no home no food and no toys" said the fairy, "This is how your going to be if you don't cherish your stuff and many people in the world don't have as many stuff as you do" said the fairy again. "No i dont want to live like this what do I have to do in order to prevent this" said Jamie, "Go home and go spend time with your family and cherish your stuff." said the fairy "I will,I will" replied Jamie. All a sudden Jamie woke up and found out she was sleeping the whole time! Jamie looked out her door to see if its not to late to celebrate Thanksgiving and it was not she rushed to her mom and apologized and said " I'm sorry mom i should of been grateful for the puppy may i please join you for dinner", " Of course" said the mom" And from that day forward Jamie learned to be grateful for what she has.
