Cheerios


Cheerios are a breakfast cereal make from whole grains and shaped in loops or hearts. They have roughly 3g fiber and are low in saturated fat. They also have many essential vitamins and minerals. Cheerios are also very low in cholesterol, making them better for the heart. Overall, Cheerios are healthy but it isn’t safe to rely on them for nutrients regularly.
