A lot of times a kids first word is just a sound they make they never have their first word until they are older. Can a family member recall your first words? Well, I know I will always remember my nieces first word! As soon as my niece was of age to travel places she was brought to my house, this was where everyone got to actually meet her. One of the first family members that she met was our dog, and as soon as they met they instantly bonded. Since the first day my niece met my dog she's always looked forward to seeing her. Little did we know, her first word would be dog because she's always around my dog! Everyone thought this was the cutest first word and we were all so proud of her, my dog is her favorite and we were sure of that as soon as we heard her first word!
