My grandmother is an immigrant and she risked everything to bring my family over her from Mexico for me and my family to have better opportunities. Without her I wouldn't be in this great school right now as an Onward scholar. I am very thankful for her and I really couldn't be here without her. She is my number one supporter and is always there for me. I love her with my whole heart. My favorite gift is her letters that she writes to me for birthdays and other special occasions. Even though her letters are the best gift ever, she is also my favorite and the best gift that I could ever receive and I'm very grateful for her as a person. She is the best gift and favorite gift of all time.
