My favorite TV show would definitely have to be Grey's Anatomy.  I love the show because it is very realistic and it can be a mixture of sad and funny.  It usually is only sad when someone passes away so I would say most of the time it is pretty hilarious.  I mainly just watch it for the weird and interesting surgeries they have to do on people.  I would totally recommend this show to anyone who likes watching realistic shows.
