biking


Have you ever been biking/cycling? If you have not tried it yet i definitely recommend you do. I started going biking in 7th grade. We would go to a bike trail that kinda looked like a freeway, but for bikes. Biking can help make a significant difference in quad and glute muscle gain because of how hard those muscles work while cycling. Start off you day by biking at 6 am.
