Beauty Sleep Advice
Ok, it is me again and today's story is about Advice On Beauty Sleep. So to get enough beauty sleep is to set a sleep schedule so you can go to sleep at 6:00 pm and wake up at 5:00 am and you will get 11 hours of sleep. Before you go to sleep take a 1-hour long hot bath to get you to relax then do the rest of the things you need to do after you take a bath like put lotion on and deodorant and change. Then prepare a lemon honey tea so you can get sleepy then brush your teeth and go to bed and before you know it you will be fast asleep.
