So like today I had to wake up at like 5:45 but I woke up late like around 5:20 and for today’s practice we only did weights. My legs after practice were killing me. Then I ate some breakfast and got a cho milk it was really good on my behalf but I prefer it cold then warm. today is going pretty smooth like I’ve been really productive and getting a lot of things done. I feel really proud. But then again I’ve been stressing so much that I haven’t been eating and I lose hair then grow hair and then I lose weight then I gain weight. I know it’s really bad but like Ill figure it out you know but that’s the end of this chisme
