To me honestly I enjoy eating Birria tacos because they are filled with cheese and I might prefer them more in quesadillias because they taste better and you have a longer time to enjoy the flavor. I enjoy them more when they have the cilantro and grilled onion inside because with the taco you also get the soup that the meat was prepared in and you just dip the taco in the soup after preparing the taco and it ends up tasting amazing. I personally like to get my tacos from different places to see from which place I enjoy the tacos more from and so far it has been near my house and they have all the things I listed and more like the drinks they sell them like the ones in Mexico, the ones in the plastic bags.
