I once burned my leg with a candle. I was with my family outside and the candle started to make weird noises. My grandpa decided to put it on the ground and turn it off. I was not being careful and accidentally stepped on it. It gave me a second degree burn on my leg. It could have been worse if I was not wearing thick leggings. Following my doctor appointment, I had to keep my foot wrapped. There were big blisters and heavy bleeding. After it healed it left with a large scar. This taught me to extra careful and pay attention to my surroundings.
