A video game I have invested a lot of time in is called Genshin Impact RPG with open world exploring. In this game you explore the world of Teyvat as the traveler but you could also use other characters. You unlock charachters by "pulling" for them on a gacha system. To get a 5 star you usually need at least 75 pity or you need to have "pulled" 75 times. The week before last week I had reached 75 pity and wanted to get the 5 star Raiden Shogun. I didn't get her until I'd reache 85 pity which was nearly hard pity. The pity system works when you reach 75 pity. After that, the more pulls you do the more likely you are to get the 5 star until you reach 90 pity when a five star is 100 percent guaranteed. I spent so much time getting the in game currency to get her due to the extra pulls but thankfully I've finally got her.
