I hate crutches and I haven't been on them for 24 hours. Last night we played pius and I hurt my knee. To be honest dont even know how it happened. I just know that I was following girl down the court and I tried to cut her off and then I was in pain on the floor. I couldnt bend my knee I was just laying there. I felt like I couldnt breathe. I dont know how to explain it. But now I cant walk on it. I can put pressure on it just not too much cause theirs this strain in my knee and it hurts. It hurt to go to sleep it was so bad. My leg felt heavy if that makes sense. I had to move my leg with my hand it was not fun.
