over break i traveled nd rested thats basically all i did thjen i was eating and i had volleyball . so the whole time all i did was eat sleep and repeat cuz i didnt really do anything and i had so much fun i went to mexico and it felt like a actual vacation because i didnt feel stressed and it was like a detatch from realuity which i really ferlt i needed and now im starting to feel overwhelmed aain to thwe point i want a fetach again and i just need to get away and take a break or a pause from reality and it has to happen soon but overall my break was just family and eating and resting and just enjoying my time.
