I know lent is a religious time in place.It start this Thursday and ends on Easter. I don’t know the point of lent. I also have no clue what ur supposed to do during lent. I know that they draw a cross on your forehead with ash. I have no clue what it’s about. I also don’t know why it’s so important. That is what i knew before today. Those were my opinions before are mass today. Todays mass brought me closer to god and helped me to understand him a little better. I know understand that lent is supposed to represent our strength and we were supposed to not eat meat on ash Wednesday and good friday and every friday during lent. I also know that ash Wednesday is hee to help us grow and to remind us we are all gonna die and we were created fro ash and ash we shall return.
