Last week on Thursday, Varsity Softball had our second game. I was still super nervous for the game but I feel like my nerves calmed down a lot more. While warming up, my coach usually has infield outfield drills and I asked my coach where he wanted me to go. He said outfield. When he said that, I got really nervous because my infield work is a lot better than my outfield work. I ended up starting at left field and luckily the ball wasn't hit to me. My batting was pretty good in the first inning. I ended up hitting a double over the first baseman's head. Then, the third inning comes and I am the second batter up to bat, I wasn't as nervous because I knew I could hit her. I step up to the plate and I end up hitting a two run home run and my name was the head of an article! Overall, I think my fielding could've been better but I was still happy with how I preformed! (We lost 10-8 :0)
