A hot take I have is that breakfast is not the most important meal of the day. Lunch is the most important meal because it balances dinner and breakfast. Personally, I wouldn't say I like eating breakfast in the morning because I feel like it is too heavy to consume. I also do not like how breakfast is so limited in terms of food options. For example, common breakfast foods are cereal, pancakes, and eggs. I feel like lunch and dinner are possibilities that are endless. You can eat whatever, no matter how sweet, spicy, or salty. In a way, it is like there are fewer rules for lunch and dinner. I think ultimately it is a personal choice because breakfast gives us energy for the day, but I do not like breakfast.
