Yesterday, Varsity Softball had a game against Bishop Conaty. Our coach kept telling us that we should be winning every single game but the only team that'll give us a run for our money is Conaty. Then, he decided to move me up in the lineup. I used to bat 8th in the lineup and now I'm batting 4th. He said no pressure and that he put me up there for a reason and I shouldn't be nervous. That just made me even more nervous and I ended up striking out twice and popping up my last at bat. I was really mad and nervous and I just had a bunch of mixed feelings. I really felt the pressure because I came out of two big games for me where I hit a home run in each. Before the game, everyone was telling me to hit another home run and to do really good and I let everyone down. Anyways, we ended up losing 6-5.
