Although we forget to drink even one bottle of water its ideal to drink 13 to 9 cups of water for both men and women. Drinking water is very important and will benefit you in many ways, one way is that it brings nutrients to your cells which protects you organisms. It also flushes out all the bad things in your body like toxins, toxins are toxic substances that are in your body that may cause other problems to form. A way to make sure you drink more water is to carry a water bottle around when you go out and refill it throughout the day.
